Judy Dahm

Judy Dahm is a Leadership Coach and Performance Consultant who specializes in maximizing the uniqueness, motivation and behaviour of each individual in their quest for achievement.

Her experience of over 30 years in business development, leadership, coaching and consulting has taken her through the doors of Technology, Financial Services, Energy, Government, Education, Medical, Retail, and non-profit sectors, where she has coached and developed many hundreds of executives, managers, business developers and individual contributors. Her coaching has reached individuals around the world, at many ages and in many walks of life, with extensive positive client success in both their business and personal lives.

Judy holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Calgary, and is currently enrolled in a Masters of Psychology. An avid learner, her credentials include a coaching certificate from the Adler School of Professional Coaching, certified Kolbe™ consultant with Kolbe Corp. in Phoenix, and certified practitioner in Emotional Competency Inventory™ through the HayGroup in Boston. Judy has participated and received credentials in many programs such as; Personality Dimensions™, Upfront Persuasion Through Presentation™, Action Decisions™, Laughter Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Dimensional Training™, Diversity and Appreciative Inquiry. She is a practitioner with other assessment tools such as DISC™, Meyers Briggs™, and Kolb Learning Styles Inventory™.

Judy uses strength based, positive psychology in her work, building upon the uniqueness and spirit of each individual. Her clients learn to merge their natural talent and interpersonal strengths with their learned abilities. Judy’s mission is to enable individuals and organizations to powerfully impact their success and their outcomes. Her focus is on building winning relationships and processes that capture the human spirit and human potential.

In Judy’s spare time she enjoys yoga, dance and skiing, and is often caught in transit from Western Canada to Toronto visiting friends and business colleagues across the country.

Libby McCready is a professional coach and sales performance consultant with a passion for mobilizing individuals and teams for performance and results. Since becoming a coach in 2000 she has invented and applied leading-edge learning and performance solutions that have helped sales professionals and leaders across North America develop clarity, purpose and commitment to action. Her sales performance experience runs deep in financial services and manufacturing.

Libby has a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership from Royal Roads University and is a Certified Corporate Coach from Corporate Coach University. She owns and operates Front & Center Communications Inc. which partnered with MotivatedMinds to develop and deliver The Sales Intelligence Program.

Angela C. Alpe

MCC – Executive and Corporate Coach

Angela is an executive coach who works with leaders, managers, teams and individuals to achieve real results that expands their measure of success and makes their businesses more profitable. She brings a common sense, inspirational style to coaching and human resource development along with 20 years of successful private and public sector business experience in new enterprises and growth-focused corporations.

Angela holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential the highest professional coach credential given by the International Coach Federation (ICF) the governing body of over 12,000 coaches worldwide. In 1999, she received her first coach credential as 1 of Canada’s first 10 Professional Certified Coach (PCC) recipients. In 2001, Angela was recognized for ‘Excellence in Corporate Coaching’ as one of three finalists coaches for the first Prism Award.

Angela is an executive coach with Queen’s University Executive Development Center – Executive Coaching Program. She is a licensed facilitator for Corporate Coach U - The Coaching Clinic®-Strategic Corporate Coaching Skills for Managers, Leaders and Coaches and Dale Carnegie® Training. She is a certified Teleclass International TeleLeader; Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) qualified and a certified consultant with The Leadership Circle™. Client engagements have included a variety of specialty sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, health care, education, government, hospitality and retail industries.

She is an accomplished executive and corporate coach, business development specialist, trainer, consultant and speaker. Angela focuses on leadership, management and communication performance excellence to achieve business results and she brings breakthrough leadership technologies to assist in leader development and support the transformation of organizational cultures. Prior to becoming an independent executive and corporate coach, Angela was a senior management team member for a privately held Canadian, financial services corporation. Other professional accomplishments includes assisting entrepreneurs launch a diverse range of new businesses and associate positions for a Canadian university - Department of Adult Education, a project management company and a career management consulting firm. As a speaker, she has given keynote presentations to groups of 30 to 900 people.

Angela earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Certificate in Public Administration from the University of Ottawa and has furthered her studies in adult education with St. Francis Xavier University.

Known to champion her clients’ efforts, she’s energized by the work she does to facilitate her client’s professional success and personal fulfillment. Being a passionate life-long learner, Sue has been on a quest to uncover the keys for living a happy and fulfilling life. During that time, she has honed in on powerful processes and techniques that she has used to dramatically transform her life and now uses with her clients to fast-track them on the road to success.

Sue has been professionally trained through the coaching school Thomas Leonard, founder of the coaching profession, established—Coach U (Coach University). As an ICF Member, Sue is committed to the values and ethics of the ICF Professional Certification and continues to keep up-to-date with the latest trainings and techniques.

As a licensed master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Sue has helped individuals re-program their mind for health, happiness, and success.
