§ 1. General provisions

1. These Terms set out the rules for using the website available at: https://www.motivated-minds.com (the "Website").

2. The Website is operated by Motivated Minds Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Żurawia 32/34, 00-515, Tax ID (NIP): 7011217942 (the "Administrator").

3. Using the Website is equivalent to accepting these Terms.

4. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms. The current Terms are always available on the Website.

§ 2. Services provided electronically

The Administrator provides the following services electronically:

• Provision of informational content and presentation of the offer

• A contact form enabling communication

• Newsletter (if applicable)

• Blog / articles (if applicable)

These services are provided free of charge.

§ 3. Conditions of use

1. Using the Website requires internet access and a current version of a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

2. When using the Website, the user is obliged to:

• Comply with the law and the provisions of these Terms

• Not provide false personal data

• Not infringe the rights of third parties

• Not send spam or unsolicited messages

3. It is prohibited to use the Website in a manner contrary to the law, good practice, or harmful to the interests of the Administrator or third parties.

§ 4. Intellectual property

2. A complaint should include: contact details, a description of the problem, and the date of the event.

3. The Administrator will consider the complaint within 14 working days of receiving it.

4. A response to the complaint will be sent to the email address indicated in the complaint.

§ 9. Dispute resolution

1. In the event of a dispute, a user who is a consumer may use out-of-court methods of dispute resolution, including:

• Arbitration courts

2. The law applicable to relations arising from these Terms is Polish law.

§ 10. Final provisions

1. These Terms are effective from 22.05.2026.

2. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular: the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, the Civil Code, and the GDPR.

3. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms. The new version of the Terms will be available on the Website.
